OK I know, I know, I know.
Previously I have stated this is it and I am taking the diet seriously. Guess what. I didn't.
I feel such a prick. I do this everytime, I lose weight, then think I know better than following the Weight Watchers plan and it results in a weight gain.
Last time I blogged (no one is actually reading this anyway), I had just come back from Paris. When I started my diet again this time, I have just returned from Paphos in Cyprus. We went there for a friends wedding.
The wife and I were supposed to be in a hotel away from everyone else, but the tour operator buggered up and we ended up in the same hotel. I felt so self conscious and fat with all those slim people there. I decided I was going to change my ways on my return.
Which is a great segueway into my "starting weight" for my return to Weight Watchers. I weighed myself and it was a collosal 18 stones 13½lbs. That's 19 fucking stones.
I am making lifestyle changes. I am now attending the gym regularly and even pay £40 a week for a personal instructor to inflict his own version of pain and disdain onto me. I must be a secret masochist :)
My weightloss has been going well as a result. I started on 32points, but I am down to 31points now. My weekly results is on the right hand side and is depicted below in the graph.

Anyway, I can't weigh in next week, as again, we are at a wedding this Friday, then the wife and I are off to the beautiful island, The Isle Wight for the weekend. I know I will end up putting on weight, but I will hit the gym as a consequence.
