Second Weigh In of 2010

Well I am happy again for now.

Managed to lose another 1
½lbs this week which means I have shifted just over half a stone. I had to weigh in a day early as I took my wife away to Paris for her 30th birthday.

This was a major double edged sword. Everything out there is AVEC FROMAGE. Whilst I love cheese, this doesn't help the bloody diet.

I just weighed myself and I have PUT ON
5½lbs. I am not bloody happy, and now I have to reign in my food for the rest of the week. I am intending to try and eat home made soup for lunch which would be about 1pt a bowl (sweet potato and butternut squash). Stirfrys for dinner with either prawns or chicken for a maximum of 2½ pts for dinner.

Jesus, this is gonna be boring.

This Week's Weigh In

Well I am happy.

Managed to lose 6lbs this week.
I am now weighing 18stone 4lbs. Still 5stone overweight but my ultimate goal is to get to 14½ stone.

Setting a mini goal to lose 2
½ stone by the 2nd of May as I am going to Paphos, Cyprus for a friends wedding. I don't wanna be the lardy bugger there on the beach and by the pool with all our pals.

16 stone is my mini goal to reach by the 2nd of May 2010.

Well, they are my wife's pals really and I don't wanna be an embarrassment to her.

First Post of 2010 and Absolutely Gutted

Right, I am going to update this blog/diary every week to encourage me to lose the beer gut. ONCE AND FOR ALL.

I am now weighing 18stone 10lbs. Nearly 19 sodding stones :(

According to my last update, I weighed 17stone 1lb so that over one and half stone I put on in the last few months. Why is it so easy to put it on but so damn hard to lose it?

I can't even exercise at the moment. My back is seriously hurting me (even turning over in bed is painful) and therefore, it's limiting my ability to exercise.

Went to Iceland for Christmas, I ate Mink Whale on Boxing Day! I don't know anyone else who has eaten whale :)
