Right, I am going to update this blog/diary every week to encourage me to lose the beer gut. ONCE AND FOR ALL.
I am now weighing 18stone 10lbs. Nearly 19 sodding stones :(
According to my last update, I weighed 17stone 1lb so that over one and half stone I put on in the last few months. Why is it so easy to put it on but so damn hard to lose it?
I can't even exercise at the moment. My back is seriously hurting me (even turning over in bed is painful) and therefore, it's limiting my ability to exercise.
Went to Iceland for Christmas, I ate Mink Whale on Boxing Day! I don't know anyone else who has eaten whale :)
