Last week I put on 5.5lbs. This I can only attribute to a night out on the lash on the Sunday (bank holiday weekend).
I had a fair few pints and not had any in a couple of months. These pints led to the obligatory I am hungry and need to binge. The way my mentality work is thus, I fucked up on the Sunday, may as well fuck the rest of the week up and I continued to eat what I wanted (within reason), and didn't point anything.
And I was good on the Saturday too, I was at a wedding and didn't touch alcohol or visit the free ice cream van.
Anyway, I tried again last week but again had the fuck it mentality at the weekend. I still lost 2.5lbs though, but if I hadn't had arsed about, I would have lost more.
Anyway, back on track now, playe an hour of squash last night and planning on the same tomorrow.
